Resepi Ayam Paprik Mudah Dan Sedap

Hi Korang, 

Artikel resepi kali ini Iday nak kongsi cara memasak Ayam Paprik Mudah Dan Cepat. Resepi Ayam Paprik Sedap ni memang sangat simple dan tak perlu susah ke kedai.



Dulu masa belajar, selalu jugak order menu Ayam Paprik ni. Ingatkan macam susah nak masak, tapi senang je sebenarnya. So, selamat mencuba dan kalau tak faham tentang resepi ini, boleh komen di ruangan komen di bawah ye :)


Bahan-Bahan Yang Diperlukan

→ 2 keping dada ayam (Iday prefer dihiris kecil dan bahagian isi)
→ 2 biji cili padi - diketuk (nak pedas, boleh letak lebih)
→ 2 helai daun limau purut
 1 biji cili merah - dihiris serong
 3 sudu makan sos cili 
 2 sudu makan sos tomato 
 1 sudu makan sos tiram 
 1/2 labu bawang besar - hiris bulat
 1/2 cawan air
 1 batang lobak (dihiris memanjang)
 Bunga kobis
 1 tomato (dipotong 4)
 3 pucuk jagung (dihiris serong)
 sedikit garam
 sedikit gula
 sedikit kicap manis


Bahan Tumis

 2 ulas bawang merah (dihiris nipis)
 2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris nipis)
→  1/2 inci halia (dihiris nipis)
→ 4 sudu makan cili kering kisar (Iday nak kuah lebih)


Cara-cara memasak Ayam Paprik

1. Panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam hingga keputihan. Angkat dan tuskan.

2. Gunakan minyak yang sama bagi menumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia sehingga naik bau. 

3. Masukkan cili kisar/cili boh dan masak sehingga pecah minyak

4. Masukkan gula. Kacau sebentar. 

5. Masukkan sedikit kicap, sos cili, sos tomato dan sos tiram. Kacau rata.

6. Masukkan ayam dan gaul sebati. Biar kuah melekat pada ayam. 

7. Masukkan serai, daun limau purut, tomato, lobak, air dan sedikit garam.

8. Masukkan bunga kobis, jagung dan bawang besar.

9. Angkat dan boleh hidang bila kuah dah pekat dan ayam dah masak. 








Senang je kan masak Ayam Paprik ni. Korang boleh makan panas-panas dengan nasi putih atau nasi goreng kosong. Ada telur dadar pon sedap ni. Hehehe

Jenama Focus Point memang tak perlu diperkenalkan lagi kerana brand tersebut antara yang popular di Malaysia untuk pemilihan kaca mata. Baru - baru ini, sister brand of Focus Point iaitu Whoosh Eyewear telah mengadakan upacara Miss Whoosh Glamourous bertempat di Nu Sentral.




Ini adalah event tahunan yang kedua untuk memilih Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2017 dari 48 peserta dari seluruh negara. Iday berpeluang menyaksikan ke semua 48 peserta dan Malaysia tidak terkecuali.
